THE PROJECT
CONTEXT
ROBO-01 was conceived as a new generation intelligent vehicle, integrating advanced AI, autonomous capabilities, and digital ecosystems. The challenge was to express this technological depth without overwhelming the user.
ROLE
Granstudio contributed to defining the design language and experience principles, shaping how technology is perceived, interacted with, and emotionally expressed through the vehicle.
THE SHIFT
Technology moves from visible complexity to perceived simplicity
Instead of showcasing features, ROBO-01 expresses intelligence through clarity, calm presence, and subtle interaction, creating a vehicle that feels intuitive despite its depth.
APPROACH
SENSE
We defined three guiding principles: Enduring Perception, Interactive Intelligence, and Engaging Kinetics, focusing on how users recognize, understand, and emotionally connect with the vehicle.
SHAPE
The design balances a calm, minimal exterior with an immersive interior experience. A 3D HMI introduces depth and spatial hierarchy, allowing information to be perceived naturally rather than read, reducing cognitive load.
MAKE
A multisensorial approach brings the vehicle to life. Light, motion, sound, and subtle physical feedback work together with the 3D interface to create a responsive environment that feels intuitive, engaging, and alive.
OUTCOME

ROBO-01 establishes a new interaction paradigm where design, HMI, and sensory feedback operate as one. Advanced technology is experienced through spatial interfaces and coordinated stimuli, creating a seamless and immersive user experience.
