THE PROJECT
CONTEXT
VIDA explores how mobility can adapt to changing urban and suburban lifestyles. Rather than relying on a single vehicle, the project proposes a system of solutions designed to cover different moments of a journey.
ROLE
Granstudio collaborated on the design vision and typology exploration, translating market insights and emerging behaviors into a coherent mobility ecosystem.
THE SHIFT
Mobility expands beyond a single vehicle into a connected system.
VIDA introduces complementary solutions that respond to different use cases, combining compact, rideable, and enclosed formats into a continuous and adaptable journey.

APPROACH
SENSE
We analyzed mobility behaviors across urban and suburban contexts, identifying the need for flexible solutions that adapt to distance, safety, and user expectations.
SHAPE
Three typologies were developed: NEX1, a wearable ride, NEX2 as a compact scooter with mesmerizing cargo space and NEX3, an enclosed agile “microcar-like” designed for comfort and safety.
MAKE
Design exploration translated these concepts into tangible vehicles, balancing efficiency, usability, and desirability across the ecosystem.

OUTCOME

modular mobility ecosystem
VIDA defines a modular mobility ecosystem where multiple vehicles work together to cover different journeys. From wearable mobility to enclosed transport, each solution is designed to be efficient, desirable, and adapted to real use.
WHAT CHANGED

from isolated vehicles to integrated systems

Mobility shifts from isolated vehicles to integrated systems. VIDA demonstrates how combining typologies can create seamless experiences, making mobility more flexible, accessible, and emotionally engaging.
